Third from the left. It faces a wall rather than a window, which removes any distractions. I walk at a brisk but sustainable pace for thirty minutes and then I stop.

My Water Bottle
Holds a litre. Grey, with a lid that clicks satisfyingly into place. It has never leaked, which is more than I can say for the last one. A reliable companion.
